Flower Essences are a form of subtle energy medicine first used by English physician Dr. Edward Bach during the 1930s. They consist of fresh flowers, distilled or spring water, alcohol (traditionally brandy), and bright sunlight.
Flower Essences can be taken by dropper or massaged into the skin multiple times a day to improve aspects of our overall wellness.
Currently available are essences from Sunflower, Zinnia, Marigold, Calendula, Echinacea, Passionflower, Anise Hyssop, and Lobelia. Each type of flower offers their unique energy to heal and improve specific areas of our lives. Every bottle is infused with reiki energy as well!

Winter Bright is a minty blend to bring light to the dark season. Peppermint, spearmint, tulsi (holy basil), calendula petals, and rosemary work together to calm and lift your spirits during the sometimes stressful holidays.
Lemon Uplift is a blend of lemon balm, lemon verbena, and lemongrass and pairs beautifully with honey. It may help with digestion, relaxation, and scratchy throats.

Reiki for Animals
People have been asking if I offer reiki for animals...
This has been coming up in conversation a lot lately, and the answer is YES!
I have experience giving reiki to dogs, cats, and chickens, but would love the opportunity to work with other animals as well. According to my classes and reading, horses especially seem to be drawn to reiki.
Animals are not allowed in my treatment space because it's a shared area with a spa, but I can provide distance reiki. I'm also open to discussing in-person reiki where I would come to your location if it's within 30 minutes of Suffield, CT. An upcharge will be applied for my travel time.
